TP Customer Service Associate interview questions

Intreview is average and it takes one day and first round will be hr and after that manager then client round and they will check the language fluency and stability in job and then they will check how I am handling the customers

First an HR staff had a random group interview for the candidates. Then next day there was an interview scheduled by some manager, whch wasn't even an interview! Imagine the person who took the 'interview' said that go and collect your offer letter after asking me one or two questions!
