TP Customer Service Associate interview questions

-The interview initially consist of intial telephonic screening which tests basic communication skills. - second round is online test which had email writing and typing test - third round is manager round where manher asked about introduction, languages that I know and why did choose this field and about customer service.

Interview was done through phone call. It was easy and smooth. Asked answerable questions, not tough. The interviewer was friendly. I was nervous at first but the words came out naturally after 1-2 questions as they were basic questions.
