TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

I waited a couple of minutes to call my name for an interview. I passed the interview and I waited again a couple of minutes to have my mock call. It's quite challenging but it's worth it. Also, staffs are very understanding.

Very intertaining, very accurate and they are considerate towards the interviewe and they properly guide you the process of the interview that will be done together with the interviewer and I m very thankful for it.
