TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

It's a one-on one conversation between an interviewer and an interviewee. First the interviewer where going to ask if it is okay to record our entire conversation and whenthe interviewee agrees then it will be followed by random questions.

I received a phone call for the pre screening. Then another call for the initial interview. Lastly, final interview would be via Google meet. Job offer was also done virtually. Regarding the interview questions, just the common customer service questions
