TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

First, I've seen their hiring advertisement online. Then I applied, later I received a call and an email invitation about the said job offer. After I undergo some series of assessment and luckily I've pass. Then, they conduct a final interview afterwards they explain the job offers they have including the benefits, salary package, work shift and more.

It's quite interesting mixed emotions, excited, relax or even nervous because, sometimes expectations were not exactly happened. I felt a difficult one but suddenly it's just the usual, simple easy to handle question.
