TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

It was very unorganized and unprofessional. It took me an hour just to get my drug test done, and I wasn’t given any information on how to get my equipment.

It was smooth and nice, very quick and easy to follow. Since it is an outsourcing company I had an interview with Teleperformance HR and then with some people from the company the actual work was and they were very nice. But I found out that the living conditions and all they offer at teleperformance is not so good. They don't tell the truth, they won't give you details and say that HR doesn't know about that
