TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

The interview process was quite consistent! After three days of interviews, they then made me answer an online test which consisted of typing and computer-navigational skills. After the test, they then notified me of the results.

A short call simulation was done. An interview was made in Turkish and English. Information about work, workplace and country was given. The information about the business process was clear and sufficient. The interview lasted more than 1 hour.
