TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

phone interview to see if you know basic computer terminology. they called and we had to answer a few questions about what type of computer terminology they throw at us. like what is dsl, what is wifi, what type of internet is available and etc

Interview was good. the recruitment department is very friendly. I was able to answer all the questions without feeling nervous. There did 3 interviews in the same day actually. Overall it was a good interview.
