TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

For me it was 2 Step, First over the phone for 15-20 mins, then Skype interview about 50-55 minutes. Phone interview was with HR and was about my availability and willingness for the role, status of relocation to another country in order to start working, English language level and native language level. Second interview was with department manager over skype about technical skill set, knowledge about role and the company.
