TP Customer Service CSR interview questions

Online survey including typing test for a fairly achievable standard. One on One Interview with recruitment advisor who reviewed the survey and resume- Depending on personality and understanding decided on applicable campaign. Group interview with campaign Manager around 6 of 9 were hired from the group interview.

Its casual, nothing fussy, they ask basic qns, basic computer skills,nothing much. They dont have any definite process. Its quite easy, good for starters. They are looking for your vocab skills, confidence levels etc.
