I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TP in Sep 2016
Interview
Hiring process did took almost 4-5 days. Interview and exam on the first day. If you past the exam you'll be asked to wait for the next interview, but since waiting seriously took a lot of time I was asked to come back tomorrow. Second day was self assessment interview with a panel, after passing the interview you'll be asked to take a written essay test with regards to how will explain technicalities to different types of people (elderly (non techy), techy guy etc.). I passed the test but then asked again to come back tomorrow for the final technical interview with one of the manager for the Xbox Account since it was the account that I chose. After passing the technical interview, you'll be asked for a medical exam but since my final interview finished like 4-5pm in the afternoon, I was asked to return again tomorrow for the medical exam, they said that there would be a shuttle provided by the company for those who will be having the medical exam, scheduled 10am in the morning on the next day. I did come back for the medical exam 10am sharp at the pasay recruitment hub but they said that the shuttle will arrive 1pm instead of 10am because of some problems that they can't explain. So I decided to just go with myself on the clinic which is located near shangrila plaza. I got there before 1pm and took the medical exam. I finished the medical exam by 2pm and did go back to pasay recruitment hub to submit the result. I passed the exam but was asked AGAIN to come back tomorrow because of the time. A lot of my co workers did experience the same hiring process which took almost 4-5 days.
