In the interview, it was unprofessional. The director read from a piece of paper questions to me in a monotone voice. Also, the door kept opening during the interview and people were going in and out of the room. Another manager kept opening up the door and asking "where do you want this furniture moved to."

Interview
Received a call about my application for customer service representative, was asked to do held the interview in Portuguese and half in English over the phone. Once that was done, i had to do an English assessment and personality assessment test online, then a face to face interview was arranged, once all that was done I had to do an over the phone simulation of what i would be doing at the project itself, and then once all this was approved and I was accepted, I sent in alone my documents and was told about job training start date. This process takes about 3-4 days and training lasted 2 weeks.

They ask if i want to work there and i said yes and we had interview. They want to know if i really know swedisj because i an norwegian so i talked with them in swedish and they thought i was good
