TP Customer Service interview questions

Thorough, straight forward, impressive, meaningful questions. Took time to get to know me and share personal experiences. Very transparent with salary and answered questions fully. Interviewer took things seriously but also shared personality. Overall, it was an excellent experience. I hope I'm selected fort the role.

A 60 minute assessment followed by a phone call after they have reviewed the assessment. The assessment itself took about 60 minutes, it was challenging but not exceedingly difficult. Make sure to do the assessment on a laptop.
