TP Customer Service interview questions

Assessment digitally, then afterwards Microsoft Teams meeting. Questions mostly about background and if you have time. Rest is lots of info about the job. All questions I had were answered quickly and proficiently.

Good and easy process. Communication skills are necessary. Overall easy going interview round. English speaking and communication skills are only observed in the process. Group discussion was there. English basics are evaluated
