TP Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

There was an initial phone call, followed by a video interview that lasted 30 minutes. I was given a description of the role, the company, and the salary. I answered some general interview questions about myself and about why I am interested in the role. There was an opportunity to ask them questions as well.

They have a two level interview it is initial and final interview, through phone call . On the initial interview the interviewer asked few questions about myself , while on the final interview they gave a situation and then they asked me to think for a good resolution to it . And before the conversation ends interview gave me some tips on how to improve more of my communications skills and after that they informed me that I passed the interview .
