TP Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

It was a quick one-day process. I got the job offer the same day. The recruitment team were very friendly and accommodating, they answered all my questions due to me being a first timer.

The interview was pretty friendly but the hr seems to be already set for what they need employees for, even if you are qualified for a higher position. They will tell they are sorry you're having some minor issues and if you work on them you will be qualified, but if you need a position that suit your level we have some roles for intermediate level nominees.
