TP Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I applied for the position and received a call that did a short interview and they offered me a position. An email was sent shortly after the phone conversation advised that I had been hired and to watch for additional emails. Several emails arrived over the course of about 3 days all with different instructions to follow. Another email was sent with the day/time of orientation.

The interview process way back will start with an online exam. Fifteen to twenty applicants in one room. If you passed the exam your name will not be called. Those who were called means they failed and will be given a thank you slip. And next will be the initial interview, you and other applicant will be interviewed by one of the HR specialist. The questions then were very common like tell me about yourself and the recruiter will make a follow-up question from your answer. It took 3-5 minutes only.
