TP Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

The interview process was scheduled for two full hours. It included two main parts, test and personal interview. 1. Multiple choice questions on the company`s general knowledge. 13 questions with 4 options each. Not difficult, many of them intuitive or general knowledge. It is always important to read about the company before attending the interview. 2. Written answer to a customer `s complaint case. I was given a written email complaint of a customer and I had to provide an answer in written in different languages, depending on the requirements of the position. 3. Interview with HR agent. General questions. 4. Interview with Area Supervisor. Specific Questions.
