TP Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

First of all , they called me to confirm my name and that i'm applying for a job vacancy there, then he told me if i'm ready for a phone interview , i told him to call me after 5 min , then he asked me several questions , then he told me that i passed and get ready for a face to face interview , in the day of the interview , i filled an application form , then an computer based English test and it was easy , then i went to the interview and i got the offer . the bad thing about the interview is that the interviewer had to candidates in the same time !! which was weird and auwful

It was fast with simple questions. Applicants must answer all questions in English. Panel observes grammar. They can ask any type of question. Even if it's a group interview you will still be rated individually.
