I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2015
Interview
Indeed.ca, Call from Garima Sharma (Interview over the phone), In-person interview with Corissa, In-group interview, Open day, Training, Taking calls. No big deal; just like any other call centre interview. Do your best and be honest.
After sending in my resume, I was contacted to come in and complete a typing assessment and verbal exam along with filling out their application. This took approximately one hour. During my test people kept walking through the testing area talking on their cell phones and chatting loudly. One employee had a full on argument with her credit card company concerning her payments. I was not the only person testing. Once complete I was instructed to wait for my scores to be printed and to have a seat up front. I waited for nearly half an hour before JJ came out and said she would be interviewing me.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2014
Interview
First Interview: This was held at a Job Fair. I was offered the position and was asked to go to the office at Sherbourne at the time. There were two more short interviews and a typing/grammar test which I passed easily. They hired me right away.
