TP Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

the interview was fairly easy. they asked you the typical questions that you'd expect for a customer service representative position. it took about 35 to 40 minutes. after that they let you know if you got the job or not

You take 3 exams ,your speed in searching informations ,typing test & techical with sales exam . If you passed ,proceed to initial interview ,if passed you will be endorsed to the final interview . After passing all of that ,will be instructed to come day after for the validation . It's another interview with the manager if they'll hire you . So you must do well . After passing the validation ,it's job offer time :) If didn't pass ,you have the option to reapply after 1month .
