TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process is very simple. They will ask you how comfortable you feel speaking english in a regular basis, how available are you, explain how work schedule goes, etc. They are probably just trying to see if you can hold a conversation well and comfortably in English (The interview will be held in English). Right after (or before the interview) you will do an English test as well. There's going to be many people interviewing that same day but each of you will have an individual interview separate from the rest.

It was an amazing interview with the HR, thankful to have the chance to hired this company. I never expected to be one of the lucky applicants during the hiring process since alot of my batches were good and has experience in the BPO industry while I have no experience in this field I still got the chance to have the offer.
