TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

I have been interviewed via online platform during pandemic time as we are not allowed to do a face to face interview for the safety of each other, interviewer was nice, understandable and organized during the interview process. Questions are all situationary that was easy to understand and answer.

The interview process was very organized and the applicant is well-informed about the process. The staff was very accommodating during that time. The interview process is quite difficult and it really measures the different abilities of the applicant.
