TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process was normal and I enjoyed it to an extent. The focus was on speaking and understanding the German language. They didn't require any additional knowledge of tech or experience in the field.

It's kind a hard but still I enjoyed it because I've learn more about the company, other than that, the employers there is so accommodating even the security guard. I am just so glad that I am one of those lucky person they hired and proceed to the training.
