TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

I clearly told them that I live in Leyte and can't relocate. Two recruiters said it is okay. I attended the job offer in Zoom. I was for medical then suddenly someone called saying that they couldn't offer a remote job. It's disappointing that they are not synchronized.

Typical interview questions, information about the process and relocation process, quite a fast process. Screening call with HR representative, another interview with a team leader and HR person. I declined because of the lack of transparency and I do not trust promises in an interview if they are not sent in written.
