TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview process for me was so good and easy cause we are able to use Filipino language like how I used to use as my first language. The interview question is not kinda hard as I am aware what are the possible questions in an interview.

Before the interview started, they asked me first if I am ready enough and settled for the incoming interview. Then then ok interview process follows. Fron initial interview, final interview to account validation.
