TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

My interview experience was a very wonderful one for me. The interviewer was very kind, and even though the questions asked during my interview were difficult, I didn’t feel any pressure because of how kind the interviewers were. And thank God, I passed all the interviews.

At first I got pressured. I didn't understand what my interviewer was saying because of the space we're working on was packed with my co-applicant, but as the time goes by, I got know how to work with it. The first thing the interviewer ask me is to tell her something about myself, which I answered in a most confident way I know. My interviewer also ask if I got a knowledge about being a call center and if I'm agree to have a shifting schedule which I answered truthfully. To be honest, for me, the interview isn't as smooth as we can think because I'm not used to the environment yet, but I'll give the credits to my interviewer for being patient with me. Overall, the interview was fun and exciting at the same time because that was my first official interview applying for a job.
