TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

First is the initial interview,it is panel interview we are 6 in one room including the interviewee,followed by the online interview with personality test and skill test and typing speed test,lastly is the final interview with the account manager.

Everything was horrible since the beginning. My friend gave me reference and I was promised that management will call me within few days. But they were constantly forgetting about it. So I have received call almost after 4 months since the time when my friend recommended me. I already had another job and I am glad that I refused their offer.
