Interview
O processo é interessante mas ummpouvo confuso quanto a contratação,muitas pessoas boas reprovam e não recebem um feedback para melhorar os pontos que talvez não conheçam

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Medellín, Antioquia) in Nov 2016
Interview
it was nice, going to a place in the city where there were a lot of people divided into classrooms, where they would tell us everything about the company, and then we had to do an exam for checking english skills, after that if you passed, they would call you appart and ask some questions about yourself, and picking the schedule and your resting day

Question 1
Where do you live? who do you live with? Do you study? what time do you study? you have kids?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TP (Columbia, SC)
Interview
It was a cattle-call type hiring and they hired everyone who came in as far as I could tell. They did ability testing, drug testing, and everything right on the spot. The entire process took about three hours. I went in thinking I was applying for a part-time job. Every paper I was given said “up to 30 hours” then in the end they said it was 40 hours required, and gave me some (very inflexible) options of the shifts I could work and days off I could have. Everyone was required to work on Saturdays and Mondays. They were closed on Sundays. So there was no way to get two days off back to back.
