Interview
First interview face to face, with HR is straightforward, they will ask about your experience, and if you have any restrictions on the time of work.
They will test WPM.
Last, group interview with the supervisor with other candidates. They will ask you to talk about yourself, sell anything available in the room, and what you will do in XYZ situation.
It was a 2 step process: first I had a phone interview in english and then I took an online test. They told me, just a few days later, what was my score and that I successfully passed the test.

Why are you interested in a customer service job ?
Drug and background test, and role play (awkward) Also a typing assessment. I didn't find it very difficult but I know a few people who couldn't handle the role play.
