TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

We were first led to the computer for various tests including comprehension about the company & some skills. A phone test followed about how well we understand instructions. Account manager left word with recruitment that we already passed without talking to us but said we'll just be endorsed to the technical account; showed up only during the third time he was supposed to meet us.

You take tests on the computer and than have two interviews not a hard process but they do not give you accurate information about the company.
