TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

The customer service representative interview process usually involves an initial HR screening, skills and language assessments, a behavioral interview, and a mock call, all designed to evaluate communication skills, problem-solving ability, professionalism, and how well a candidate handles customer concerns.

The initial interview was conducted over a phone call. They emailed me when I passed the initial interview and provided a link to a video conference call to join for the final interview. The final interview was conducted by the operations manager, and assessments were given as well. They invited me over to sign the job offer and the contract in person.
