TP Customer Service Representative interview questions

I've been interviewed four times, each time being told it's the final interview and that's after my initial interview of course. I'm confused why there are so many interviews—haha! But I understand if that's really their process.

Fairy simple , its an online assement where you carry out competency based tasks and a few situational questions. The interview is where you read and answer the questions. The recruiter then contacts you and goes through background checks.
