Interview
The interview process was quick and clear. It focused on knowing why I applied and how I can be beneficial for the company. And, the interviewer has a really good quality of voice.
Interviews were through Phone calls, in English, direct and quick. Gave feedback pretty quickly. Got interviewed 3 times, by two different people. Questions were average customer service questions, asked about experience, how I'd deal with angry customers, etc.
my first interview for a customer care position. waiting for the interview wasn't too long and it went without problems. the interviewer was respectful and explained how the process would go, allowed enough time for me to answer the questions, all of which were the usual interview question; introduce yourself, strengths and weaknesses, talk about any topic, etc. and it was an overall smooth experience.
