TP Customer Service Representatives interview questions

I had written two sets of tests before Interview began. I had a phone call very short interview that gave me information about the job generally first. After, I was scheduled for a final interview. The final interview was a group interview. We were about 6 and it was online. It's also a remote job. We were asked questions around networks and the use of iPhone and apple products.
