TP Customer Service Representatives interview questions

It was great. The HR team were able to ask neccesary questions and asking the interview questions clearly. The question that I never forget is how do I rate my communication skills. And my answer is if I would rate my communication skills from 1-10, I would rate myself 8 because there are certain words that I am not familiar. But what I usually do is to search the meaning of that specific word and once I already know what does that mean, I try to use that word for my everyday communication with other people.

3 interviews asking what are your goals, weaknesses and strengths, how do you see yourself in 6, and 12 months. Can you provide an example of a time when you went above and beyond for a customer? How do you handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment? How do you stay updated on product or service information to assist customers effectively? Can you describe a situation where you had to de-escalate a tense customer interaction? How do you handle situations where you don't know the answer to a customer's question? Can you explain how you would handle a customer complaint about a company policy? How do you ensure clear communication with customers who may have language barriers? Describe a time when you successfully resolved a customer's issue through teamwork.
