TP Customer Service Representatives interview questions

the interview is fine. good process with the recruitment. and free food good ambience it took only one day and got the job offer and the list of the requirements that i need to submit

The interview process is very simple. They will ask you how comfortable you feel speaking english in a regular basis, how available are you, explain how work schedule goes, etc. They are probably just trying to see if you can hold a conversation well and comfortably in English (The interview will be held in English). Right after (or before the interview) you will do an English test as well. There's going to be many people interviewing that same day but each of you will have an individual interview separate from the rest.
