TP Customer Service Representatives interview questions

Entrevista em grupo de forma Online. Sem foco nas perguntas. Com pessoas de outros departamentos se envolvendo no processo. Não ficava claro os requisitos nem mesmo se mesmo que aprovados seriamos chamados. Pois se não fosse chamado em até 90 dias precisaria de outro processo seletivo.

It will start with the initial interview. Once passed, an applicant will have to take an online assessment. Then, once passed from the assessment, a final interview and mock call will be conducted for account validation. Once passed, wait for instructions from HR regarding the requirements.
