TP Customer Service Representatives interview questions

The interview was very easy they just go over your resume and either instant hire or decline on the spot they do go over your resume and ask if your okay with the pay rate

I first applied through online and took the assessment at home, but I was not informed about my results immediately through email, so I went to the recruitment hub to inquire about my result. They told me I passed the assessment and that they can proceed with my interview the same day at the hub, and so I agreed. The process took quite some time but everything went smoothly.
