Interview
It was fun but they said I can come back after a few months because I need to train on somethings because my level not that good yet I'm practicing now and I will try again soon
The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
