La entrevista en TP Monterrey suele sentirse simple y rápida, con una o dos pláticas más un examen básico. No suelen complicarte con preguntas raras, más bien quieren ver si tienes actitud, inglés y si entiendes lo que implica el trabajo. Si vas con actitud tranquila y respondes con claridad, la mayoría de gente comenta que es un proceso sin estrés mayor y sirve para abrirte puertas en atención al cliente.

The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal

It went well I've answer the question ,Also the interviewer gave a feedback base on my answer to a certain question , she gave also gave a bit information about what is ecommerce account
