      WAHA Tech Support Interview

      Apr 12, 2012
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at TP in Mar 2012

      Interview

I applied online for a work at home position. I received an email asking me to make an appointment at their location which was four hours away from my home. The email stated that everyone must be interviewed in person. I made the appointment and made it to the interview on time. There was no record of my appointment. I was given a skills test as soon as I arrived which I completed and did well on. I was then told that they were only interviewing candidates who wished to work at that location, not WAHA candidates. I sat there for two hours more while the nice gentleman was trying to reach HR and let them know what had happened. He finally reached the young woman in HR who interviewed me very briefly over the phone...after I had driven four hours for a face-to-face interview! She said she would email me some paperwork to complete and would call me for a second interview. After I drove another four hours home, I checked my email, found the paperwork, completed and returned it. I got my second interview which lasted less than five minutes and was offered a job. I then received another "interview" which was actually just a person who asked me if I was interested in the position and again offered me the job. I accepted.
