I was told about the position by a family member I then received an email about a application the email also contained a link to speedtest my wireless connection, and a test typing speed site. Then I was called for a phone interview the conversation was brief I was told I would have another interview the following day, once completing my second interview I was emailed a link and time spread for a group information session. The group session told us our hours, benefits, compensation, and training schedule. Once concluded we were all emailed request for our documents and ID. I was emailed my Job Offer with a voucher for my required drug test I was called two days later after testing negative given my start date and set up my direct deposit account.

I had a good experience interviewing for this position. It had more parts, first I had to do online assessment where I was tested on my technical and language skills. Then I had a short interview where I introduced myself and presented how I act in certain situations.
