      Sourcing Associate Interview

      Feb 1, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Cebu City
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City)

      Interview

1st stage of the process was a phone screening which lasted for about 10 mins just to validate some information in my resume. After which, I went through 2 phone interviews with the assistant sourcing manager and the head of communications who were based in Manila. Each phone call lasted for almost an hour. A few hours after the call, I got a message informing me to go to their recruitment site in Cebu for an exam and a final interview with the recruitment manager. After a few days, I got the job offer. The process was pretty fast and straightforward.
