I even received an email confirmation as back-up. Once I arrived, the process had many steps but it went smoothly. The Recruiting Team kept me informed every step of the way. I like the fact that the final decision is made by a member of the actual account you may be hired for. It made me feel that they cared who would be on the account. Ultimately, I was offered the position and I am patiently waiting for my training start date to get here.
