You submit your initial application on a computer when you go to the front office to inquire about work. You take a typing test and normally given 2 times, the better score being the one used. You take a simple math test. You take a test with approximately 25 questions. These are fairly easy, but people still fail them. You are given an interview if you pass the above qualifications. After your initial interview you are given a 2nd interview by someone else. If both interviewers believe you are qualified, you will meet in the front office. You will have a background check ran and have to take a drug test at the expense of the employer. After all is successfully passed, you will be given a start date for training.
