Demorado, te venderam a empresa dos sonhos, te dirão os benefícios de ser funcionário teleperformance, depois haverá as provas de digitação e proficiência , eles estaram te observando o tempo todo, depois te enviaram para sala, até desistirem qual seu perfil e vagas podem te encaixar, depois faram em grupos, as dinâmicas.
Ao todo umas 5 ou 6 horas de processo seletivo.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
