They interviewed me thoroughly. Asking questions based on real life scenarios. What am i gonna do differently to contribute to the company. They take a look on your performance for the last 3-6 months, then review your action forms if you are eligible for the job.

If one of your agents is consistently absent every month and can present a medical certificate for documentation, what would you do?
Seamless interview process. they would notify you for you to get an update about the hiring process. 2 interviews only, initial and final. final interview is more on discussing about the role and which account youd be profiled

Interactive Interview, The Interviewer was able to set expectation as to what the role i'm applying and job description. It was nerve wracking to be interviewed but it was a good experience.
