interviewer will call candidate and will ask if you are still interested in applying for call center job. and interviewer will asked you to take assessment then after the passing the assessment they will send you emai regarding your assessment after pasing you will receive a call for initial interview then final interview and finally mcok call all good in the process they would ask if you have any experience on handling health care insurance and travel package.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
