I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TP (Singapur) in Apr 2023
Interview
Since the first day recruiting team approached me and requested they want to get my details like CV and etc. Then after the assessment i do the same thing to submit the same details they requested since the first time, so in total I've been giving them 3 times the same data, i thought it's over. Another day someone approached me also she said from HR and again they want to me submit the same data. For the last time I just straight questioning her "I already submitted 3 times my data both online & physical why you want the same data, why not so efficient?" She's reply "do you want to continue your process hiring?" HAHA they play the AS card for her roles. I think this is unpleasant & unprofesionals. Teleperfomance, Yogyakarta -Indonesia.
The interview is easy, and it's handled by the team leader. The questions asked are mostly basic. As long as you answer calmly and confidently without stuttering too much, you should be able to get the job.

I applied online. I interviewed at TP (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
I had a 30-minute interview that was professional, well-structured, and engaging. The interviewer asked relevant questions, created a comfortable atmosphere, and provided clear insights about the role. Overall, it was a positive and efficient experience.
The interview personnel were nice and supportive and well informed.
The interview was on the easier side with regular questions about job type, company expectations and future possibilities. I passed the interview but I was not interested in doing any night shifts so had to decline the offer. I would be applying again to see if they have a vacancy for a flexible position.
